This 8-week class is offered to caregivers and loved ones of adults living with mental illness through NAMI Buffalo & Western New York in partnership with NAMI Steuben County to all Central and Western New York communities. It will run on Wednesdays, from September 23 through November 11, 2026. Rural families, especially, affected by a loved one’s serious mental illness are encouraged and welcome to attend!
Pre-registration is required. Space is limited. There is no charge to attend and all materials are provided.
It is important to feel you can commit to attending all 8 class sessions, except for an emergency.
Access to internet, a camera, and privacy to participate are required.

Space is limited. Priority is given to participants from the Central and Western New York regions.
