This 8-week class is for caregivers and loved ones of adults living with mental illness and is open to all families in Western New York communities. It will run on Wednesdays, from September 23 through November 11, 2026.
Pre-registration is required. Space is limited. There is no charge to attend and all materials are provided.
It is important to feel you can commit to attending all 8 class sessions, except for an emergency.
Access to internet, a camera, and privacy to participate are required.
