Join this facilitated, confidential support group for adult family members and caregivers concerned about and/or caring for a person with mental illness. Leaders are trained family members with lived experience of a loved one’s struggles with mental illness. Open to all WNY families. The group is held on the third Thursday of each month at Revive Wesleyan in Room 130 (via Door 3). NOTE: Due to a Bills home game on our usual date in September, the group meeting will be September 24th, 2026 (not the 17th). Go Bills!

There is no fee to attend a Family Support Group. We encourage participants to join NAMI Buffalo & Erie County or make a donation, if able. No one is denied membership due to financial hardship. Membership includes local, state, and national NAMI.
This group is not appropriate for a person who has a diagnosis unless they are a caregiver of a loved one who has mental illness.
