Mind Matters Resource Guide
The Mind Matters Guide to Resources for People Living with Mental Illness in the Erie-Niagara Region is an invaluable guide to resources with sections on many topics related to caring for those living with mental illness. Just a few of the topics include: How families can support loved ones’ recovery; navigating the mental health system, advocating effectively; how to handle crisis; finding contact information for services; working with health insurance companies; finding support services, and managing family relationships.
Single hard copies (2018 edition) are available to families by request (call or email) at no charge, or at our meetings and classes. Due to printing and postage costs, donations are greatly appreciated. Mental health professionals should contact the office to request copies and arrange for pick up.
